No refunds
All PrepFive subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds on any plan, including monthly subscriptions. This applies to both full billing periods and unused time within a period.
Try before you upgrade
PrepFive offers a free plan so you can use the product before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to evaluate the free plan fully before upgrading.
Exceptions
